30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A return is only possible if you are not satisfied with your order. This includes situations where you received the wrong size or color, the product is not working, or the product has some other issue.

Product Guarantee

Our products come with a guarantee against manufacturing defects. The specific duration of the guarantee varies by product. Please refer to your product's documentation or listing for its specific guarantee period.

During the guarantee period, if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair it or, if repair is not possible, replace it.

  • Please note: This guarantee covers functional defects under normal use and does not include damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. There are no refunds issued under this guarantee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
